Let’s Build Your Growth Engine
Chili Piper. Bland AI. Synthflow. Avarra. The pattern: B2B teams that needed a site that converts — and got one.
The Expensive Website Problems Nobody Talks About
Your website’s problems started before anyone opened Figma.
Your Site Looks Like a Startup. You’re Pitching to the C-Suite.
You're pitching to VPs, CTOs, and procurement teams.
When the site looks early-stage, the deal stalls before your Account Executive ever gets on the call. Your competitors’ sites don’t look like that.
Your Value Prop Describes Every Competitor. Including You.
You could be describing any of your competitors in your value prop. The messaging behind your headlines and features shouldn't leave room for doubt.
Your ICP land and never get why they should go with you.
Visitors Land. Look Around. Leave.
Every page should move the buyer one step closer to a demo.
When the next step isn’t obvious, visitors don’t look for it — they leave. And they don’t come back.

You Built the Site for You. Your Buyers Evaluate It for Them.
The site reflects how your vision, but have you ever considered how your buyers evaluate it?
That gap is silent and costs you on every single visit.
One Good Call. One Bad Site Visit. Deal Over.
A prospect had a great call with your rep. They visited the site to validate what they heard. Nothing they saw backed it up. The deal went cold.
The site is undoing the work your sales team already did.
Every Khod project starts with a dedicated strategy week. We developed the GROW Method to ensure your site is built around your buyer instead of your assumptions.
Goals
Define what the site needs to achieve — demos booked, credibility earned, objections handled — before a single pixel is placed.
Research
ICP deep dive, competitor audit, analytics review. We build the site around your buyer's decision process, not just your brand guidelines.
Outline
Messaging hierarchy, page structure, conversion paths. Every section earns its place.
Wireframe
Structure approved, messaging locked, visual direction aligned. Design becomes execution, not exploration.
Discovery Call
A 30-minute call. You tell us what’s not working, where you want to go, and what’s been tried. If it’s a fit, we scope it and set a timeline — usually within 48 hours.
The GROW Method
The first week is strategy only. No design, no Figma, no mockups. We research your ideal customer, get fully onboarded on your product, dig into your data and competitive landscape, and align on messaging and visual direction. You sign off before we move forward.
Wireframes
Before any visuals, we map the structure of every key page — what goes where, in what order, and why. You approve the blueprint before we design a single screen.
Visual Design
With the structure approved, we design every page in Figma. You can see exactly how the site will look before anything gets built. We review together, you give feedback, and nothing moves to development until you're happy with it.
Webflow Development
Approved designs go into development. We build in Webflow — fast, clean, and easy for your team to manage without needing a developer every time something needs to change.
QA & Launch
Before anything goes live, we test every page, button, form, and integration — across devices and browsers. You get a pre-launch walkthrough before we flip the switch.
Post-Launch Support
The site is live. We don't disappear. Ongoing Webflow maintenance keeps your site improving month over month — performance, content, conversions.
Built for B2B Tech Companies
We work with B2B startups in fast-moving industries where first impressions and clear messaging decide whether you get the meeting.

B2B SaaS
Your site sells to your ICP, scales with your GTM, and lets marketing ship without pulling engineering off product.

AI
Complex product. Skeptical buyers. We build sites that make your AI understandable — and your demo bookable.

Blockchain
Skeptical buyers are the norm. We build sites that earn institutional trust — fast enough to support your next raise.

Education
Tight timelines. Evolving positioning. We build sites that keep up with your roadmap — not the other way around.

Your Next Deal Starts With Your Website
Most deals are won or lost before your sales team gets involved. Make sure your site is ready for that moment.
Frequently Asked Questions
We're not sure if we need a full redesign or just improvements. Can you help us figure that out?
It depends on the problem. The most common ones we see:
- Low overall revenue — could be too few conversions, low-quality leads that never turn into real deals, or a conversion rate that's simply too low relative to your traffic
- Wrong audience converting — the site is attracting the wrong people, whether that's the wrong customer profile, or it's built for customers when you actually need it to win over investors
- Losing deals during due diligence — prospects visit the site after a call and go cold. The site isn't backing up what your sales team is saying
- Raising a round or entering a new market — your positioning needs a full reset, and the current site can't carry that message
- Outgrown your brand — the site reflects where you were, not where you're going
Each problem has a different solution. Some need a full redesign. Others need CRO work, messaging improvements, or a better lead qualification path. Book a strategy call. We'll break down your site and funnel to figure out exactly what's broken (if anything) and whether we're the right people to fix it.
How do you make sure the site performs, not just looks good?
That's exactly what the GROW Method is for. Before we design anything, we understand your buyer, sharpen your positioning, audit your existing data, and define the messaging. By the time we open Figma, every decision has a strategic reason behind it — layout, copy, CTA placement, page structure.
Performance isn't something we layer on at the end. It's baked in from day one. Once the funnel is working, we can help drive more traffic into it and keep improving conversion rates through ongoing CRO work.
What happens to our SEO rankings during a redesign?
Handled correctly, a redesign should improve your SEO — not hurt it. We run a full SEO audit before any structural changes, map all existing URLs, implement redirects for any that change, and conduct a post-launch crawl to confirm nothing is broken.
The redesigns that damage SEO are those where nobody thought about it until after launch. We treat it as a mandatory part of the project, not an optional extra.
We don't have a copywriter. Can you handle the copy?
Yes. Copywriting can be included in the project scope. We write conversion-focused copy based on a messaging workshop at the start of the project — a structured session where we extract positioning, value props, and audience insights from your team.
For clients who prefer to write their own copy, we provide detailed content briefs and a review pass to ensure the messaging holds up from a conversion standpoint.
Can you work within our existing brand, or do we need to rebrand first?
We can work within your brand, extend it, or help you refresh it depending on where you are. If your brand is solid and recognisable, we'll build on it. If it's inconsistent or holding the site back visually, we'll flag that and discuss options.
A rebrand is never a prerequisite for starting a web project — but if it's needed, we can handle it as a pre-project phase.
How much does a B2B website cost?
It depends on what you actually need. Some teams come to us for a full redesign, including strategy, visual identity, and a Webflow build from scratch. Others need conversion rate optimization, or an ongoing design partner.
Scope, number of pages, and what's included all affect the final number. Your website needs are specific to your business problems and our pricing reflects that. You will get a fixed-price proposal after a strategy call.

How long does a B2B web design project take?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on the size of the scope and how quickly revision cycles move on your end. Our longest one-off redesign initiative lasted 5 months.
What should a B2B website include?
At minimum: a homepage that clearly answers who you help and how, solution or service pages with specific use cases, social proof (case studies, client logos, testimonials), a clear and low-friction conversion path, and a blog or resource section to support SEO.
For most B2B companies, the highest-value pages are also the most neglected: the pricing page (even if it's a "starting from" range), the about page (buyers want to know who they're dealing with), and comparison pages that address alternatives directly.
We help clients prioritise which pages to build first based on the buyer journey and where the biggest gaps are.
What CMS do you recommend for B2B websites?
For most B2B companies, we recommend Webflow. It gives marketing teams the ability to update content, build new landing pages, and manage the blog without touching code, while giving developers the control to build performant, well-structured sites without the security and plugin overhead of WordPress.
For organisations with complex content requirements, large legacy content databases, or highly customised editorial workflows, WordPress or a headless CMS like Contentful may be the better fit. We'll recommend based on your team's needs.
How does web design affect SEO?
More than most people realise. Design determines the architecture of the site — what pages exist, how they're structured, how content is organised, and how users navigate from one section to another. Get that wrong and even strong content won't rank.
On the technical side, we build page speed, mobile responsiveness, heading hierarchy, and crawlability into development from the start. The result is a site that's easy for your buyers to navigate and easy for search engines to index.
