RHMMed: A Hormone Clinic's Rebrand, Rebuild, and Growth Engine
"When we asked for their feedback, they shared without hesitation, which is exactly what we wanted/needed."
A credible clinic with a brand that didn't show it
Dr. Rand McClain built a 20-year reputation in hormone and regenerative medicine, with clinical depth. The digital presence, as PSRMed, didn't carry that authority.
The brand felt generic. The site wasn't built to guide two very different audiences: women navigating perimenopause, thyroid, and weight resistance; men focused on hormone optimization and recovery. It wasn't set up to convert, or to be found. A clinic this credible was leaving trust, and patients, on the table.
The approach: strategy → identity → build → growth
This was a partnership, not a one-off project. It moved in four steps.
- Strategy & information architecture. We started with the patient, not the homepage: who each one is, how they decide, and the objections to resolve before they book. That produced a segmented structure, distinct men's and women's journeys, plus quiz funnels built for paid acquisition, mapped to how patients self-select.
- A new brand identity. PSRMed becomes RHMMed. Regenerative & Hormone Medicine got an identity that finally matched the clinic's credibility: clean, trustworthy, and medical-grade, white space with blue, clear typography, social proof. The rebrand gave the practice a name and a face a patient could trust in seconds, the same identity and web design work our B2B Web Design Agency team leads for every client.
- The build, in Webflow. We designed and developed the new site in Webflow: segmented men's and women's landing systems, symptom-led hub pages, telehealth front and center, and a booking-first conversion path, responsive, animated, QA'd, and documented so the clinic's own team can run it, the same scope our Webflow Development Agency covers on every build.
- The growth engine. With the site live, we moved into a growth retainer: non-branded SEO content clusters (a low-authority domain, so we target winnable terms, not vanity head terms), CTA and internal-link work, conversion optimization, and closing the measurement gap so every booking is finally trackable. AI visibility (AEO) is the next frontier we are opening.
The results: early and already showing
The site went live on April 6, 2026. Since then, the client reports a 54% increase in website traffic and a 37% increase in lead generation in under two weeks, plus every deadline met, some delivered early.

Independently, our tracking shows website traffic up 6.6x (557%) since launch, with Google Search Console clicks up about 20% week over week and average position improving roughly four places in an early window.
This is a young engagement on a low-authority domain, and most organic search today is still branded. The biggest near-term unlock is wiring the booking step, currently a third-party widget, back into analytics so every booked patient is measured. The full non-branded growth story matures around month 5–6; we'll add it here as an addendum.

If you run a specialized or regulated practice with authority but a site that doesn't show it, or convert it, that is the gap we close: brand, build, and the growth engine that turns your site into a patient-acquisition channel.
